Becky Paulin-Liston, PT

Becky Paulin-Liston is a licensed Physical Therapist with 17+ years of experience treating movement dysfunction and pain syndromes in an Outpatient setting.  Her core principles for treatment are based around the importance of considering the entire body as a whole and not just treating isolated manifestation of physical disorders.  Becky graduated from Bradley University with her BSPT in 1997 and completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2001.  Since then, she has integrated yoga into her Physical Therapy practice through her patient treatment as well as specialty classes.

Becky has attended extensive continuing education with leaders in the P.T. field which she incorporates in her individual treatment sessions including myofascial release, muscle energy technique, soft tissue and joint mobilization, neuromuscular re-training, gait analysis, orthotics, and corrective taping.  She has a special interest working with pre- and postnatal women as well as foot and ankle dysfunction.

In her free time, Becky enjoys getting out in nature– hiking, camping with her family, and stand up paddle boarding.  She dedicates time to her personal yoga and meditation practice every day, and appreciates the difficulties surrounding a work/life balance when raising children.
