YDM FiT Stay Strong

A progressive lower intensity strength based class that increases muscle tone and energy level. Starting with small muscle group exercises and progressing to larger groups and more challenging movements. These exercises are designed to improve exercise form, muscle engagement, and strength so you can live an active life. Build a foundation your body can depend on! YDM FiT Stay Strong runs every 1st Thursday of the month at 6pm.
